  • Yeah, well, changing the volume with that stupid radial dial is a pain in the ass.

  • that stupid radial dial was an idea of genial design

  • it's true! Today this video is History!

oh! and i love ipod... never's gonna be another mp3 like this

  • @Juden39 I think he says "the Ipod and your Mac Work" not "macbook" But then again in the picture just before it shows a macbook and at the end seal has one on his desk.

  • i actually saw a guy with one of these it was really chunky and thick

  • Why haven't more people watched this video?

  • notice at 2:30 he says "the ipod and your MACBOOK" how does that work? mentioning a product that didn't exist at the time

  • Damn 5 gb hard drive thats fucking tiny compared to today and by the way that ipod is huge and doesnt even have a color screen now u can watch videos on them.......thats wat i love most about mine i have a 120gb ipod classic 7th generation =)

  • It was funny that everyone was saying back then that this is going to be a massive flop but today it is now an almighty success.

If it has never existed, everyone would probably walk around with Walkmans today, that will be another Sony vs Microsoft competition...

    Epic win, Apple.

  • i like the ipods better these days

  • I remember watching this video way back in 2002. Fantastic stuff, this is. Not the video so much, but just how it's turned into a pop phenomenon. I suppose a social critic might say that the iPod has lost some of it's charm because now every suburban teen is plugged into one, but old-school Mac aficionados know where its at.
