It was caused by 4 and a half inches of rain in a 3 hour period...It wasn't caused by Logging or Strip Mining (Mountaintop Removal).

This was caused by lots of rain with no other place to go!!! Think about it....

Really don't think you can blame all this on man,unless you blame him for living in areas where this can happen. The estimates were of nearly 5 inches rain in a 2-3 hour period.
