PLAST ENGINEERING KNAUFF was established in 1971 as an enterprise dealing with development and sale of plastics manufacturing machines and complete manufacturing plants. We have been operating world-wide for over 35 years and have now completed another development in the field of PET bottles manufacturing with direct filling.
From our delivery program for PET stretch blow moulding machines, the model SEMI A 500 has been installed into a 20 ft HC ready-to-ship container.
This machine manufactures up to 700 PET bottles per hour from PET preforms. The 1.0 Liter volume PET bottles (other volumes are possible) are disinfected by UV radiation and then transferred automatically to the filling station. It fills the bottles with UV disinfected drinking water, automatically closes the PET bottles with UV radiated caps. After closing, the PET bottles are labelled automatically and then leave the container through a window in the container wall, ready for selling drinking water PET bottles.
The necessary clean pressured air of only 15 bar, for operating the blow moulder, the filling/capping, labelling, and the sleeving plant is supplied by a SCREW compressor. Ventilation flaps enable a proper air flow for each component.
For the operation of this container system the power of approx 60 kW will be supplied by a Diesel-Generator. The water connection have to be provided on site. The 2 inch pipe- coupling for drinking water connection is at the outside of the container.
Beside the installation in Disaster areas, this system is also very suitable to be used as a MOBILE production plant, for example to cover production peaks. In this case the power can also be used from the local mains.

Capacity up to 700 bottles per hour.
