i get an error message when i put the command lines at the end of the target

Might be a dumb question but, do I leave the shortcut IN the gta iv folder? Or use it to launch the game?

it's because of my territory, Hong Kong has like 25% less games available on Steam than any other territory.
We don't have BioShock on Steam :(
