Pool Relaxation technique, dedicated to solving body and mind diseases. This technique, developed by Harold Dull, a famous American physiologist, leads to a deep relaxation and complete person's abandonment. In this condition, the trainer can work on the psychological and physical blocks.
Warm water at body temperature (35 °) is needed, so it is relaxing music, gentle and slow movements, and especially feeling between trainer and client.
