All films released in France and Germany regardless they are aimed at a child or adult audience are generally dubbed into the local language. Most countries only require media (ie movies, Tv shows, etc) aimed at children to be dubbed in the official language and all adult aimed foriegn "media" is generally subtitled in the official language.
