Ahh memories..i was there and the year before when they played the main stage were those fucking ''Stupid'' iron maiden fans Boo'ed everyone apart from iron maiden fucking assholes.

@heavyminded09 mate, let's not take this to a personal level....i love joy division and yes interpol are clearly inspired by them. but nirvana also ripped off the pixies, doesnt make them any less of a good band, lets leave it at that yeah?

@musicislove25 I know who Interpol is. they are that one band that really wishes they were joy division and are "indie" cause they can rip off a sound that was around 30 years ago that no one today remembers.

@idontagree6 I'd also check out Farm. It's such a brilliant album. Both of their reunion albums are great, Farm is a real return to form.

@Jowea omg, dont talk to me about yuck srsly..they were the band i was most excited to see and somehow i managed to miss the whole set! i love them, yeah they do sound very similar to both :) seeing them in november tho so all is good...did you see them?

what i would give for dinasour jr to play at reading again....i pray to god they play in 2012. i love them so so much and what makes me sad is the amount of clueless people at reading these days who dont appreciate the music. i was there this year watching interpol and someone next to me actually asked "who is interpol"..it's so disgraceful.

@musicislove25 should have checked out Yuck at Reading this year man, they're ripping off Sonic Youth and Dino very blatantly but they are pretty good.

I'd reccomend any of the first three albums to start off with, Dinosaur, You're Living All Over Me and Bug. They are three of the best albums ever, hope you enjoy them.
