i have a 2002 gmc sierra single cab short bed slammed its got the cold air intake, chip, short tube headers and a 4L80e however when i was pulling my boat to the river i think i ruined the torque converter. in overdrive at low RPM it floats or slips all over the place and yet as soon as i get over 2300 im fine. any ways i was wondering if any of you had any good suggestions on what type of TC i should get i dont tow much and i want more power out of the truck, in addition its got 3:42 gears.

not to talk shit but my 03 Tundra Is way faster and has a 4.7v8 with only 245. hows the gas millage with the intake and exsuast?

im saving up for a cam shaft swap but the shop im doing the work threw said torque converter before the cam. would you recomend a torq. converter i have a sierra denali 6.0
