Armenian Genocide Commemoration in Paris 24/04/2010
Excerpts from the interpretation of two national anthems French and Armenian by tenor Rouben Elbakian accompagnied by the Musical Orchestra of the Police Corps of Paris ( under the direction of the Deputy Chief Jerome HILAIRE, on the occasion of the revival of the flame for the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe commemorating the 95th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocid. Even during the ceremony of such solemnity and gravity the public could not hold any longer their applauses: most unusual behavior!

*Extrait de l'interprétation des deux hymnes nationaux français et arménien par le Ténor Rouben ELBAKIAN accompagné par l'orchestre de la Musique de la Police de Paris, sous la direction de son Chef de Musique adjoint Jérôme HILAIRE, lors du Ravivage de la Flamme au Soldat Inconnu à l'Arc deTriomphe à l'occasion de la Commémoration du 95ème anniversaire du génocide arménien. Même lors d'une cérémonie aussi solennelle le public n'a pas pu retenir ses applaudissements ....chose rarissime !!!
