@benny266698 It's not, yet Bowies version is usually played on the radio. Another inferior song always played on the radio is Roxy Music's 'Let's Work Together' which is vastly inferior to the original by Canned Heat which you never hear.

@mdjdecorations Hey, I know what you mean! I agree about Sixties being about how music "sounded" and whether or not you could dance to it. It is just that we have grown up and 45 years ago is a long time, but we cannot help it when a song instantly transports us back to a place in time.
