  • ive been doin this a lot lately and imma 13 year old 5'7 and im hittin 300 foot fences on the fly this work out is like roids . . .only better

  • i am 15 and 6'2 and am pretty strong but i am a little bit skinny, is their a workout that I can do to power a lot

  • im 14 and 5'11, and im sort of skinny but very strong. I cant hit 300ft??? is it beacaus ei dont have upper body strength cuz i have absolutely no chest

  • I use a block of wood, or you can use the curb, make sure you dont get hit by a car though :)

  • dude just watch his videos he gives you a lot of great exercises to get you started.
