@v12lamborgini224 I fly a lot due to my ob and it never gets easier. when i bored the plane i put my headphones on straightaway and listen to a band called sigur ros (listen to what you want to obviously! lol) the stewards ask me to take them out but as soon as they sit down i put the headphones back on. It helps a lot, like lamborginhi syas, zone out, thats my tip for zoning out

If take-off's bother you, what youcan do is when the aircraft is taxing, fasten your seatbelt and close your eyes, and try to "zone out" as much as possible. You can also try anxiety pills... but im not a theripist if problems contine see your GP.

correction: I am a pilot, a seahawk pilot to be exact, and if you were smart you would look in the tags and it clearly says SIMULATOR. So why dont you know what your talking about and FUCK UP!
