This worked great, thanks! One question, you say to make sure not to do a fade out...but what if I want to do a fade out? Should I do that once I drop the mix down back into a new project?

@jazzy3548 You can alternately right click the track in iTunes and 'Show in Finder'. You should be able to drag and drop from the Finder window. Hope this helps.
