Sautee -
1 large cooking onion sliced
4 large sliced white mushroom
sautee mushroom and onion slices in your favorite oil for 4 mins
- add 1 doz thoroughly washed chinese bok choy, stir the cover for 3 mins at low heat
Pasta
- boil pasta and pour off water, ( leave pasta moist )
- add salmon dip tp pasta and stir until it has dissolved
combine pasta with bok choy .... , stir and cover for approx 3 mins
place pasta & bok choy .... on place and allow the steam to pass
Your meal will be more flavourful if it's closer to room temp.....
