http://bit.ly/as4a5Q - In this video, we explain how DeJuan Blair of the San Antonio Spurs played good defense on Pau Gasol of the Los Angeles Lakers on April 4, 2010 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. After DeJuan Blair spoke to Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich in the second quarter, he showed the adjustments that prove Blair is an excellent rookie in the NBA. The music is the instrumental to "Forever Begins" by Common.

  • blair is 6'7 but he can be a pretty good center and a great defender

    reminds me of dennis rodman

  • @fatboypk and with only a 7-1 wing span =p

  • @rbrezow and without 2 ACLs...

  • Its actually funny that Pops has repeated many times last season that he has yet to teach DeJuan a SINGLE thing about NBA basketball since he entered the league. Not even one. One reporter asked why, Pops said "why ruin a good thing"? Haha..

Love Pops.. hope him, Blair, and Tiago can bring titles to the Spurs once the Big Three are gone.

  • and Blair is only 6'7 !!!!

  • @SAtownZ28 Thats true, but I had said that the draft was based on potential...kobe and mj are the greatest players of their era's and were passed over by other people, thats why I said that they are better examples

  • @BZOE but they were both drafted in the first half of the first round. usually the all rookie 1st and 2nd teams come from the i would say the first 20 picks. manu was the 2nd to last pick in his draft year. i say Ginobili is a perfecty fine example.

  • @SAtownZ28 u should have said kobe bryant or michael jordan, thats better examples
