you cant analyze shit like this in hindsight. if duke had 3 seconds left instead of 4.4, maybe they wouldve played differently and still got a buzzerbeater off and won the game. maybe they couldnt, but went to overtime and won the game. wayzup is right. you can give more significance to the clock just because the game's close and there's a minute left.

all u Clemson fans gotta quit bitching b/c what ur saying is bullshit. 1) Duke would have run a different play and still coulda scored and the only reason that ever happened was a mistake that happens 1 in 100 games. Also the score was tied so Duke would have won in OT. HAd this not been Duke no one would have cried about it like the CB world is now so just stfu. Clemson lost face it u didnt play defense down the stretch and Duke made a great play

the clock continued to run because the time keeper tried to make up time for not starting the clock when vernon hamilton first touched the ball. There should have been 2.4 or 2.5 seconds on the clock period...regardless of if you are a Clemson fan or Duke fan. This mistake would not have happened anywhere else in the country other than Cameron. See you Feb. 22 in Little John.

i dont care for duke or clemenson, but your reasoing is way off. The fact is they put 4.4 seconds back, which means the refs fucked up, which means duke would have never made that shot. So what 3 seconds went off, they "correct" those, which they did, lol.
