有點知識的人都懂水中的礦物質幾乎都是無機礦物質，是不能夠被人
體吸收的 植物才能把無機礦物質轉為有機礦物質，而人們從食物中攝取礦物質
如果你認為無機礦物質很重要的話，那你就把生鏽的鐵釘泡水喝好了
H2O的定義就只有"水"罷了，沒有任何你們所謂的礦物質
