  • Very good explaination but I dont fit yur cookie cutter mold. I bike 6 x's a wk for an hr or more in the morning. During the ride I can stop & check my BS & it's always normal. However as soon as I stop riding & my heart rate is back down,within minutes the BS spikes go right back up again until I get to eat (160). I believe I have dawn syndrome too, Would love to cure those spikes!
