  • I am from Cartersville, just minutes from allatoona pass, or allatoona lake. There is a haunted civil war hospital/plantation called south wind that we used to go snoop around when we were kids. I'm pretty sure they are on the allatoona lake dam just accross the street from it. YOU GUYS ARE AT THE WRONG PLACE!!!!

  • well I know there is an old civil war hospital across the street from the pass but it's now a house... Otherwise, I don't know what other hospital you are talking about.

  • Nice video.. My friend and I were thinking about heading up to there sometime (It's like really close from us) . Is it worth it? Is it scary?

    Any real experiences?

  • It is definitely worth it! Not only is it the darkest place we go to but also the most active (except this night oddly enough). I recommend going after 11pm and with a small group (more activity for smaller groups). Sit around at the trenches and unknown grave for atleast an hour (be patient). Read our stories on our site (right side Allatoona battlefield) and let us know about yours when you go. Sounds (gunshots/people running/chains), gun powder smell, horses, objects being moved

  • you are a real tough guy! I hope they followed you home jackass! you are rude!!!!!!!!

  • ok captain douche bag!

  • I think I rather watch The Blair Witch Project =/

  • @swiftyread Yes. There were only just over 1,500 casualties at this site. While it was the bloodiest battle at that time, it was definitely not one of the bloodiest of the entire war. It had the most casualties up to the time the battle was fought there which was October 5, 1864. The battle lasted something like 3 days (not sure, it wasn't a very long battle) but Allatoona Pass was a critical area to hold for both sides for most of the battles fought in Ga during the Civil War.

  • You should really do your research before going on a "Ghost Hunt". You have a lot of information incorrect. Such as the number of people that fought there. There were just over 5k soldiers that fought there on both sides. 1,603 casualties.

You're also not going to get someone to talk to you (that's there that you can't see) by insulting them. Would you talk to someone that's cussing and calling you a coward? No, you'd walk away or just completely ignore them.

  • so bad. u never disrespect those who died to protect ur gay skinny ass.

  • Immature and unprofessional

  • More than 50,000 soldiers died at Gettysburg. More than 23,000 died in 24 hours at Antietam....
