@Simangel1307 You can't believe how many takes it took to get that. The fly kept coming in ahead of the beat.

Excellent! Just depends what a guy is after. Gould would be ecstatic, as I am! Horowitz and Rachmaninoff would be pissed off... but you can't please everyone. If you played it exactly like this, in a hall with a bit more reverb, just about everyone'd be happy :)
Masterfully done boss. Wish I could buy a ticket or something to help you out :)

An excellent performance! Every once and a while is sit in front of the piano and battle with this prelude for some time. In a way it's very difficult, yet in a way it's not - but definitely a magnificent piece! Keep up the good work. :-)

@belegSJ Thank you! I agree with you 100% on the split-personality of the piece. For me it's physically demanding, but not tricky. It was easy to learn, but it's hard to play. Kind of frustrating in that way. Cheers!

I'm quite impressed. I've picked up the piano again after going to guitar and I'll be sure to watch this again as I work my way up to Rachmaninoff. Any tips on how to do this piece successfully?

@ArsenalGooner5 Hmmm... let's see... try to keep your shoulders and wrists relaxed. Make sure you hold the down beat long enough. Practice playing *solid* four-note chords, accenting a different note within the chord each time you play it. And get some big hands.

Mate, you're lacking about 2 million views. Great sound, video and playing. Loved it!

@cutthroooat Glad you enjoyed it. I don't even want to guess how many thumbs down I'd have if this video got 2M views. (1,909). :-)
