The "Extremely Basic Recipes" series is something I've just started working on. A lot of students (and other people) assume they can't cook because "it's so complicated", and so they stick to junk food or the same bog standard "microwaved beans on toast" because they think cookers are like space shuttles, and any dishes requiring one would be above their skill level. But with the videos in this series I'll be showing people who think they can't cook, how to make food that's really easy, really quick and really tasty!
In this video I show you how to make simple and fast bread pizza. I did it with normal bread, but it can also be done with french bread or with the little pre-made pizza bases you can buy from supermarkets (if you want to make it a bit more pizza-esque)
TIME
5-10 mins to prepare
5 mins to cook at approx. 170 degrees (gas mark whatever....I have no idea. Just...like...medium. The temperature isn't too important)
INGREDIENTS
Bread/french bread/pre-made pizza bases
Tomato puree
Cheese (optional)
Toppings (eg. tomatoes, sweetcorn, onions, pineapple, whatever you want - or whatever's lying around your house that you can use to create an impromptu pizza snack!)
Tin foil (If, like me, you hate washing baking trays)
Music is Cornandbeans - Stay with me.
you should add some jagermiester

My god Joe... Would you like some cooking lessons?

@Nepenthesfreak It's basic, aimed at people who rely on microwave baked beans and see ovens as complicated space-shuttle-type-machines.
shh.
