More human beings have died in the name of Religion than the total number of deaths in both world wars, and all OTHER conflicts - why?

@gupsphoo You've actually got it backwards. The organization that really put suicide bombing on the map, the Tamil Tigers, was not a religious organization. They were a separatist military organization that wanted to create a state for the Tamil people.

From the 80s until 2009, this group was responsible for FAR more suicide bombings than religious organizations.

So while that slogan may look nice on a bumper sticker, it's not so true in reality.

@Andrewlohbihler the place i'd call home is the end of humanity. a paradise that may never come, and that i probably won't see in my entire lifetime. to be perfectly honest leeches are preferable to humans. hell, being eaten alive by ants is preferable to the mere existence of humans. i shall worship nature, now and forever. and nature would be better off if humans were never born.

@Andrewlohbihler i'm already living in a leech infected country, why would i want to go to the lowest, filthiest, most disgusting part of the entire world? all that's out there is dust, sand, burried oil, and whole shitload of ornery, moronic pissants, obsessed with a multi-centinial old fable. to such a point they would kill not only anyone that rejected this tale, but themselves in the process. it's a healthy contrabution to the earth, but their intend is appalling.
