  • Wow! I need these exercises and these look like great exercises.

  • These are great! With the scissor kick I noticed it's better to make sure to touch the foot to the ground to get more fire in the abs. I love love love the last one where you have to lift opposing limbs, SUCH a great workou! Thanks for the tips. I'm going to try them all in a row again and again. :)

  • So I attempted these and had 2 problems...in the scissor kick I have always had issues with my hips popping and snapping really loudly and multiple times every time I lift my legs...always have had the issue and don't know why...and it hurts every time it pops :/ ...second issue is I got a major headache right after...almost felt like a migraine type throb...otherwise I can feel the pull in my ab muscles ...considering I am severely overweight that was a nice feeling :)

  • Kev, you are so cute and funny!

  • Great upload! Thanks for sharing!

  • It's June, it's summer, it's beautiful outside. Thanks for inspiring us to get going, and especially for recording this outdoors!

  • yola,

i thought maybe you wanna stretch your legs further (yoga combi) with the toe touch, :) then i tried.. it feels like its gotten 10 degrees hotters in here after a little serie. Thanks, ill make use of 1 or 2 of them i didnt know.

  • The ankle touch and toe touch tend to strain my neck - is there any tip to avoid that other than just making a conscious effort to relax the neck?

  • The only one that would be more difficult for me is the plank, but then I don't mind it much since I'm working out with minimal, or none, movement.
