Hey guys, PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and occurs in more women than we even realize. If you have any questions you should definitely reach out to your gynecologist!

No reason to be scared. I have PCOS and it took some nerve for me to eventually go to the doctor to be tested because I was so scared, but when I finally went and got the knowledge I needed, I felt a lot better because I now know it is treatable (but no cure). Besides, waiting to go to the doctor can cause even more issues. Best advice...make an appointment with your GYN as soon as possible. You will do just fine. :)

  • Hi Shanda, I have PCOS, it actually went full blown after I gave birth to my son who is now 4, I have cyst on my ovaries, high blood pressure, hair on my face and alot of fat around my waist, weight loss has been hard for me due to cravings but I will try chiral balance to see if it helps with hormones as well as exercise..
