I remember, One night me and my mum stayed up all night to see if we could complete the full game, it was almost 1 in the morning when we had to go back here ;-; <3

This level used to scare me when I was a child. The first Rayman was so colorful I was badly surprised when I arrived to this level. But I consider that Rayman is one of the best game series of the multimedia world.

I don't mind the rest of the level. It's just the spider bit I get scared of. It sometimes does make me jump still to this day. I started another playthrough from scratch this evening (PS1 version), reached the Bayou. Not many more levels to go before I reach the Canopy.

Also not a particular fan of Tomb of the Ancients as if I recall there's another of the fuckers in that level.

@Darkstar263 I loved the spider level! XDD I think I was pretty much fearless when I was little haha! Maybe I did find it a little frightening when I played it the first time (just being reasonable, I actually don't remember) but again, even if I was, it would have only been the first time, and it would have been fun anyway, because I liked scary things. :)

Never was afraid of spiders in my life. I love spiders. ^^

I never found this level scary as a kid. HOWEVER...I was terrified of the first part of the Canopy level because of that Giant Spider. I'll never forget first encountering it when I was a kid. I was that terrified of it that I immediately exited the level and didn't dare attempt the level for a while. Now that I'm a lot older, it doesn't bother me. Though I do still have a fear of large spiders in other games.

Are you serious guys? When I was little, I loved this level! I was obsessed with it! I thought it was so fun and spooky and scary (being scared is fun!)!

Then again, I loved all spooky things when I was little.. haha
