Enclosure is 2.5cu.ft. tuned to 30hz made with 1.5" MDF. Subwoofers are Rockford Fosgate RFR 1412s wired to 1ohm on a T1500-1bd, one pair is wired in phase and the other pair is wired out of phase so they work together.

  • When you add a port to an enclosure, it tunes it to a certain frequency depending on what the dimensions of the port are. The frequency you choose depends on what kind of music you listen to. I listen to rap, and I love very low frequencies so I chose 30hz, plus these subwoofers are made to play low frequencies down to 26hz.

    Look up "how to build a ported enclosure", it will help you with the specifics on tuning an enclosure.
