  • @richard47129 Most wars that the US fought were as you described.

    One friend of mine thought of Abraham Lincoln a murderer; he claimed the South was wrong about EVERYTHING, Slavery, the tariff and succession but it wasn't worth killing 660,000 people to "prove it."

  • I'm no pacifist. Far from it. But WWI was about the dumbest damn conflict we ever got into. I couldn't give a rats ass less which dictatorship and/or monarchy of Europe won that conflict. They all sucked. God bless our fighting men. But screw Europe.
