When i was almost 16 my dad died and i started to get so so insecure (i'm 19 now).
Everytime when i go outside i say : you walk not confident enough, you look not good out of your eyes confident enough, your clothes or shoes are bad, and then more things as : your ugly, your weird, your disquisting etc.. basicly i feel like i need to be perfect for theo utside world.. but in the end all i want is to love myself and be confident from within. any recommendations?
These videos are great, but what do you do if you've tried this (faster eft) to change your feelings about yourself or the way you look & your feelings just don't change?

YOu need to remember your feeling are what you are creating within, it's attitude you have about yourself as well as your judgments against yourself. It usually is based on what you had experienced and how you were treated or just your own crappy attitude you have against yourself. So, once you change that & just love who you are right where you are. You are a wonderful person & perfect even when you are being mean to yourself but being nice feels better. You are the creator of YOURSELF.

I guess I was asking, how do you actually change that if you have bad judgements of yourself and you have been bullied and you just can't stop feeling lousy about yourself? Even if you try faster eft for the judgements you have and the bad experiences - if it just doesn't change the way you feel is there some piece of the puzzle that's missing?

You do your list of every memory you experienced and tap them away. You change how you feel by letting go of you use to create the judgements: MEMORIES & THE EMOTIONS INVOLVED. The missing piece! I promise you this is it! But, there is a skill involved which is what i teach.

Hi Robert, since last few days i am watching your videos... I am a fat girl whose mom died when she was 10 n she had to carry all responsibility n now i am fat single 37 yr old girl.
Do u recommand we should do this excercise in front of mirror? what if we dont feel comfertable with myself, then what? Pls reply.

The whole purpose it to start feeling comfortable about your body. Learning to love yourself is the key. You body only follows your mind and what you eat. The body is innocent and will bigger or smaller depending on what you feed it. Making peace with your mother, food and dieting. Becoming emotionally intelligent is the key.
