He is Korean but he is teaching in Bulgaria for more than 10 years and the creator of the BTF there. He is a really good teacher and a really good and funny man. Not only the side kicks are beautiful but everything he is doing. He is a good Master of TKD ITF

i've only just found this,.. this is beautiful,.. the f**king best side kick video I've seen on youtube... you can see this is beautifully done.. like having super powers being able to kick with this much power at ease... I aspire to be as fluid as you ,.. a "real" master!

I think the side thrust is second only to the spinning side kick. others may be more effective at knocking ppl out, but these have the most penetrative power

I train in secret,and i wanted to note that when you struggle with being humble or doing evil things with Chi or Ki the struggle inside your mind causes stress that can disrupt chi or ki flow and cause negative affects as well.
