此關節運動是自下而上的進行。
1、腳腕關節:先左後右,左右腳腕各順、逆時針轉十次。
2、膝關節:以腰胯帶動左右各轉十次,後手抱膝各三次。
3、胯關節:先左後右,各內外轉五次。
4、腰關節:雙手護後腰,先順後逆各旋轉十次。
5、脊椎: 緩慢弓身,雙手前推、上舉後向前伸以腰脊為起點慢慢起身。
6、肩關節:雙肩同時各前後360度轉十次。
7、肘關節:舉臂前推,旋腕內收各十次。
8、腕關節:垂臂上下各旋五次,魚擺尾各五次。
9、 頸關節:十字轉頭各五次。

整套動作可分高、中、低三種身法。本片簡報者為低身法演練,請練習者因應個人身體情況,循序漸進地練習,體會運動的樂趣。
