  • overnight stain? haha how do you get any work done! EtBr 4 lyfe

  • @zeppelinmachine We use this stain in high school classrooms and EtBr is a mutagen, it's not my goal to increase the evolution rate any more than it is already, so methylene blue overnight is perfect for visualizing in the next class period!

  • Guys be careful, methylene blue is a mutagen, even if it is diluted. so wear your gloves and your lab coat all the time.!!! Please.
