  • @seattleartiste François-Marie Drieux.

  • CaraPhilos: If you don't get the beauty of this performance, no diploma or anything else can help you.

  • @irkotlyar1 Ihre Kritik kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

  • This is one of the musical jewels of our civilization

  • Jij bent een mooi e vrouw

  • Does anyone know who the violin soloist is on this piece?

  • Güzel.

Heavenly. Flying at cloud of sadness paradise

  • This is absolutely stunning. I don't want to get into a myopic discussion about which is the superior and most authentic interpretation (i.e. contralto or CT soloist). I think it best to focus on the elegant luminosity of the music and the clear virtuosity of these performers who approach this composition with necessary reverence for Bach's genius. They clearly understand that when you decided to step into Bach's musical world, you do not take such a privilege lightly.
