Type 1 Racing exhausts are the best sounding exhausts for hondas in my opinion. I have one on my b16 and it sounds so good.

Single definitely flows better, but most would agree with me when I say that duals look and sound better. When you run a single you gotta either cover up the other gap or leave it looking ugly.

s2000s respond better w/ a single exhaust...makes more power. plus its a lot less weight
