Earthship Florida - Collaboration with Cigar City Brewing

As we move forward putting a multitude of synergistic businesses together for the Earthship Florida property we meet up with our good friend Joey Redner of Cigar City Brewing.

One of the initial businesses we will be launching is a meadery. Mead is a honey wine made from fermenting honey; the oldest alcoholic beverage known to man. Start up costs for a meadery are about $ 50,000 as opposed to a brewery being many time that amount. This is why we launch the meadery first with a brewery component to be added in the future.
