So competitive is relative to the substrate concentration and noncompetitive is not, but is uncompetitve? (MCAT reviewer)

Uncompetitive inhibition can effect substrate concentration in either increase or decreasing the amount of substrate to reach half-max velocity. Uncompetitive usually reflects the effects of an inhibitor or more than one inhibitor on E-S interaction and ES complex formation of product.

So we can measure the amount of entropy with joules (J). But that wouldnt apply in enthalapic systems.
