Sorry for not replying to that. My thoughts on what you said? To an extent I agree with you. To settle a personal feud hardcore matches are sometimes necessary, but when they have crazy violent matches just for the sake of entertainment like they did in ECW and putting wrestlers' health at more risk than it actually is necessary to get fans emotionally invested it is just stupid.

Like I mentioned in my earlier comment, the move looks sick as hell, but Williams surprisingly is known for protecting the receivers very well.

Dr Death has left his mark on the wrestling world. One of the very best heavyweight wrestlers who ever lived, who could make it look like he is goddamn murdering his opponents while ensuring their safety. As deadly as it looks, Williams was admired for protecting guys who would take the Back Drop Driver.

Erick Stevens uses the Gutwrench Powerbomb, and calls it the Doctor Bomb.

Morishima uses the Back Drop Driver.

Unlike WWE, ROH remembers and respects this man.

I never noticed at first and I just noticed that this is the japanese cover of the song, so Doctor death roves it roud. He was a real piece of work and he'll be missed, thankfully he'll never truly leave the wrestling community, his fans and the many videos of him on youtube will see to that.
