This video contains a walkthrough for getting all 5 Coruscant Datacrons. If there is any hidden jumps or paths you need to take to the Datacron, the video starts at that point, and then continues to the Datacron's final location. I open the map at any important part so that you can see the current location.
0:00 - Datacron 1: (X: 2318, Y:1051). Reward: +2 Presence. Sitting out in the open - the only Coruscant Datacron that is not hidden.
0:20 - Datacron 2: (X:-3626, Y:-154). Reward: +2 Endurance. Very long path. Fortunately the jumps are all pretty easy. If you get stuck on the sign like I did, use /stuck to get out!
2:18 - Datacron 3: (X:1022, Y:3968). Reward: Cunning +2. Even though the travel time is short, the pipe jumps can be a pain. I recommend removing your Sprint ability to make it easier, and taking your time between each jump.
3:11 - Datacron 4: (X:948, Y:4541). Reward: Yellow Matrix Shard. You need to do very little jumping here - run as much as possible.
4:35 - Datacron 5: (X:-3087, Y:3031). Reward: +2 Strength. Normally there is a Champion Sith that sits near this Datacron but someone took him out before I got up there in the video. You can ignore him by staying on the perimeter and going around him.
@evh7775150 The datacrons were originally called holocrons in the development phases, but they changed the name to avoid confusion since so many quests in the game involve getting ancient holocrons. All the hidden items like these are known as Datacrons.

@ElieMatthews - haha..I think having your sprint ability active makes it a lot easier. The jumps for the third one actually gave me a lot of trouble until I turned sprint off and slowed down a bit!
