Rocky Pond Christmas 2011 Partial Tour with Improved Audio Track

ImaginaryColours.com and various sponsors and volunteers are pleased to bring you this partial video tour of the 2011 Rocky Pond Christmas display in Belleville, KS, USA.

This display is unique for many reasons which are given in the voiceover. Some of the significant points are that many of the displays were manufactured in Belleville. The LED lights were purchased in Belleville. Taxes did not pay for the display--it was privately funded. The City did agree to pay for the electricity which was used.

However, most of the display was powered off-grid, so it didn't cost the City anything to power well over 50%-75% of the display.
