This is my favorite movie of all time. Watching this as a 4-5 year old, my perception of good and evil were simple and pure. This movie captured the Mortal Kombat lore with the perfect balance of dark and light atmospheres. As I got older, the more I was able to appreciate just how "perfect" this ending was. Just thinking of Liu Kang finally coming to terms with his brother's death and his eternal fate, learning to enjoy what he has now all the while "Halcyon and on and on" in the background...
