My 1981 Honda CB650 Bobber

This is my Bobber. I got it for free and have done a lot of work to it so far like made my own struts to lower it, custom seat pan and upholstry, white wall tires done by myself etc...with more still comming. I am going to install an Hydrogen booster on this to increase proformance and fuel economy. Let me know what you think of it.

Thanks, Yes I just used cheap Wall Mart white spray paint .98 cent a can. It only takes me 15 min to do both tires...

IM not trying to be a jerk but could you tell me what makes this a bobber???? Just cause it gets flat black paint, white walls, an the rear shocks removed dosnt make this a bobber. Its a nice bike. But not a bobber. A bobber is a bike with the bare min. Meaning its bobbing for speed. Look up old pics an youll see a real bobber. Very Nice Bike though, Keep it on two wheels an godbless

hi, dude that aint rly a bobber, get rid of thoose huge turn light, but new handles bars,man new exauth systeme, cut the fenders, JUST trim it down ALOT. make it unique, il post a vid of mine whenam done

yea dude i have a 82 cb450sc bobber and what u have isnt a bobber. Its nice, but no bobber. Take ur fenders and lights off and get a single seat. sweet tires tho :o

What's up with the air intake? No filters? Did you just skip the airbox altogether? I have a 10 year barn orphan 82 CB650 myself. Great little bikes.

Awesome job dude. It's funny when some people dub themselves an "expert" to malign somebody else's hard work. The term bobber is so loosely interpreted that there is no one way to define it. As far as I know, a bobber is just a bike that is mostly stock but any parts that aren't really needed have been stripped off or cut off. Suspension, hard or soft doesn't define the style and is a matter of preference. After all, they make hardtails with shocks, so who cares if there's a swing arm or not?
