  • the breathing pattern, oh gosh, can't take you seriously woman

  • I will never understand the "articulating" spine, "range of motion" "stopping point" BS of pilates. I mean, I get making your body into a v and swishing your arms, but they make exercising sound like computer engineering. Does anyone else get utterly confused???
