CNN: Militias using Iranian weapons to target U.S. in Iraq

CNN reports 5 July 2011.

American officials say there is strong evidence that Shiite militias in Iraq are using Iranian weapons to attack U.S. troops, comments that followed reports that Iraqi security forces began cracking down on the groups near Iran's border.

Some people get cocky and arrogant about fighting these wars, acting as if the U.S. military is so vastly superior that the opposing forces are a joke... You might feel like you could take on the Iraqi militias or the Taliban, but if you spend enough time fighting with them, it will wear you out. All the war obsessed kiddies won't be so cocky if they had to actually fight in the war. People get wounded and killed all the time, it is no joke.

American soldiers have been put in harms way. They have been commanded to go to that country. If you are in the military, you signed on to go where ever you are told, and do whatever you are told. When these guys get killed over there, their sacrifices become a reason for more involvement. It goes beyond self defense, it is about domination.
