Osgood-Schlatter disease - A common knee issue among athletes, is "a painful swelling of the bump on the upper part of the shinbone, just below the knee. This bump is called the anterior tibial tubercle." Julian covers the knee issue and shows a few ways to combat its symptoms.

the quads should be stronger than the hamstrings. however, if the quads are too tight or strong and the hamstrings are too weak then you will have more tension on the tibial tuberosity than you know what to do with. this will create the OSD. the quads all attach right there as the pateral tendon attaches to the bone...the bone will start to bulge out...STRENGTHEN THE HAMS and STRETCH THE QUADS.

@EliteFootballer7 one leg could be shorter thus more stress is being put on it might wanna check it out i have osgood and have a serious bump on my left knee which is the problem knee and a small bump on my right knee but since my right is shorter my quad tends to get really sore after a hard day on it turns out i just needed a lift in my shoe
