Rubato can be placed anywhere, is just whether or not it emphasizes the melody as is written in the notes. This one does not. It exceeds even the range allowed by Chopin's score instructions. There are no rights and wrongs, just really goods and really bads. This one tends to the bad side. ;)

actually it's not bad,and the rubato can be placed at anywhere,it depends on how we express a piece of music,there are no rights and wrongs about music,it's a kind of expression...^^

To rushed, and the rubato is very misplaced... the phrase endings have not sense of even partial resolution.
