The patient is a 11 year old girl who was suffering from progressively increasing deformity of her back. On investigation , she was found to be suffering from Arnold Chiari malformation with Cervico-dorsal syrinx and a secondary neuro-muscular scoliosis. Patient underwent a 2 stage procedure for the management of the chiari malformation and syrinx, followed by scoliosis correction.
