Harbourfront value priced no frills All-Inclusive resort on Paradise Island Bahamas with a small, man made beach and lagoon. Just a short stroll from Atlantis, restaurants, shops, and Hurricane Hole marina. A good value moderate property.
Thank you everyone for the warnings on this hotel. I was VERY close to reserving a room there. Im going to Nassau with my girlfriend in August, we're both around 21 years old and I REALLY want to make this vacation exceptional since it's our first vacation together. we both like to party, dive, swim, snorkle, lay on the beach, basically everything 2 northern europeans like to do.
Actually, we did take it up with the manager- we were there for an hour looking for clean rooms (4) and the ONE reason I posted this was to prevent tourist from going thru the bad experience that we did. Just peek in at the lobby furniture, and you will see what I meant. I honestly love our tourist and the Bahamas, and was ashamed of this hotel projecting our image in this way. It needs to be remodeled and managed differently.
i dont know y these stinkin bahamian ppl dont stop pulling other bahamians down smt i m so sick of this place and the ppl. if you had a problem with the place you should have told the managers or who ever so they can try better themselves. smt y u got to put stuff on here for the tourist to see smt.
Beware! I watched this video BEFORE I booked my vacation there, and I think the hotel should be made to pul this off air! We were greeted by filthy lobby furniture and a ROACH when we walked in, the rooms were old, worn and unsanitary, oh, and moldy too! When asked about the green condition of the pool, I was told it was "safe to swim in." Please, tourists to the Bahamas, do not let this hotel ruin your vacation, the hotels on Paradise Island are all great. EXCEPT THIS ONE!
What a nightmare!! The pool was peas soup green and only one elevator was working. We changed rooms three times within an hour, each one was filthier than the one before. The hallways were musty smelling and roof tiles black with mildew. Trust me, this clip is very misleading, please note it was posted a year ago and what a difference a year makes!! Needless to say, we left and stayed elsewhere.
Riu is way better i was there for 3 days but i think 5 days is much much better!
