Kelley Currie speaks as part of the panel on China's Emerging Domestic Trends at Project 2049 and Council on Foreign Relations' conference, China 2025, on Oct. 19, 2009.

Kelley Currie is a fellow at the Project 2049 Institute, where she looks at democracy and human rights issues. From 2007 until 2009, she was Special Assistant to the Under-Secretary of State for Democracy and Global Affairs, and Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues at the State Department. She has also published many articles on the op-ed page of the Wall Street Journal on Tibet, Burma, and other issues.
