I am 180 centimetres tall and seat is little too high for me.

Do you step on your toes, half foot,can you reach the ground with both feet at once, how is it ?

I get on bike stepping on toes. When I`m seat on the bike it`s depend on how tight your pants are:) - if it`s tight motorcycle clothes it`s half foot, if it`s jeans it`s more than half foot.
