I would go a step farther and say that probably everyone (or very nearly everyone) at the ad company is a PC user, as most companies wouldn't spend twice as much money on a Mac when a PC can do everything the Mac can do.

What makes me laugh is that if you're a fan of Peep Show, what this is essentially saying that PCs are over-serious but ultimately loveable, and Macs are idiotic and pretentious.
