You can re-download the Lion from app store. I think you just had to hold option key and then press "purchased". I hope this helps.

I already installed OS X Lion, and I want to set up the Lion Recovery Partition. Any help @unoploo?

@zenkazindo Once you install lion you wont be able to find the dmg file or the installation of mac os x lion. So you wouldn't be able to setup a recovery partition.
